I specialize in treating people with a variety of Anxiety, Mood, Stress-Related, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, in addition to treating people with chronic physical pain and illnesses. Since I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, treatment involves specific interventions that are tailored to address the patient's presenting problems. Whether I am working with a patient for whom psychological distress is the presenting problem, or someone for whom physical symptoms are the primary concern, my goals are the same: to help them decrease their symptoms, foster effective coping skills, and improve the quality of their lives.
