My warm, welcoming office suite is conveniently located at 150 White Plains Road, in Tarrytown, NY, easily accessible from major roads such as Interstate 287, the Saw Mill Parkway, the Sprain Parkway, and the Tappan Zee Bridge.

I am an out-of-network provider.  As such, I can provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company so that you can get reimbursed.  Therefore, it is important that you know your insurance coverage before coming in. If you need help, I can provide you with the information necessary to determine your insurance coverage.
